Casa Navegna accommodates 7 people.

The house has four bedrooms - three double rooms and one single room.

There is an additional sofa bed in the office, which can be occupied on request.

Minimum stay is three nights. In July and August five nights.

Well-behaved dogs are very welcome.

Tourist taxes are not included.

For longer stays, we offer:

- 10% price reduction for stays of 7 nights or more

- 15% price reduction for stays of 14 nights or more

- 25% price reduction for stays of 30 nights or more (only from mid-September to mid-June)

Payment policy

20% of the total amount is due at time of booking. The remaining amount is charged 5 days before arrival.

Cancellation policy

100% of prepayments made are refundable when cancellation is made 30 days before arrival or earlier. Cancellations made after this period are non-refundable.

This means that 20% of the price will be charged for cancellations made between 30 and 5 days prior to arrival. For cancellations made 5 days prior to arrival or less, the full price will be charged.

Vacation rental home in Southern Switzerland

The garden is a stunning 3000m2 with several generous terraces and fantastic lake views.
At the same time there are numerous hidden corners, stone tables and cozy nooks to discover.
With a water depth of approx. 45 cm, the small pool is not suitable for adults to swim in, but it is very popular with small children and ideal for a quick refreshment.
From the garden door it is only 300 meters to the lakeshore for a swim.
